ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION (And Upgrade!)

TEAM CONSULTING Inc. currently holds a 100% certification rate for clients

-"We will engineer your ISO 9001:2015 program around your current business practices to ensure a seamless transition."-

The ISO 9001 standard is related to quality management systems and designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to the product. The standards are published by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization, and available through National Standards bodies. ISO 9001 certification deals with the fundamentals of quality management systems, including the eight management principles on which the family of standards is based and the requirements that organizations wishing to meet the standard have to fulfill.

The new ISO 9001:2015 standard promotes the adoption of a process approach when developing, implementing and improving a quality management system (QMS). Within the context of a quality management system, the PDCA is a dynamic cycle that can be deployed within each of the organization's processes, and to the system as a whole. It is intimately associated with the planning, ISO certification training, control and continual improvement of both product realization and other quality management system processes. In simple language, it defines what a “process” means, how a process can interact within a system, and how the philosophy of “Plan-Do-Check-Act” (PDCA) cycle can be used to manage those processes.
